According to the investment projects, approved (coordinated) by DAG (ДАГ) on (date) 30.07.2004, (as per the legal conditions of Art. 145, para 1 from the TSA),

For the construction of a RESIDENTIAL BUILDING consisting of Shop + 7 floors and Basement with Underground Garage – Stage 1 – Section 1 and Section 8

In land property (plot) No. I in Section No. 1 as per the city plan of Sofia, region (municipality) of Studentski grad (Students’ Town) (municipality, settlement, residential district, boulevard, street, number, entry, floor, apartment), situated in Vitosha district, Simeonovo Water Power Station (WPS)
and on the legal grounds of (Underline the suitable: art.38 para.3,4,5; art.41, art.48 art. 50 art.58 art.56 art. 147 para. 1; art. 152 para. 1, 152 para.2 from the TSA) to

1. Perform the Construction and Installation Works, as provided in the approved projects.
2. Observe the requirements of Article 177 and art. 178 from the TSA and Art. 14 from the Regulations for Creating, Taking Good Care of and Maintenance of the Green System in the Sofia Municipality.
3. Observe the requirements of Art. 157 para. 5 of the TSA, the Project on the Organization and Performance of the Construction (POPC), the norms and rules on the cleanliness in and around the construction sites and the labour safety regulations.

Complex report No 117 / dated 07.07.2004 for the correspondence grade estimation delivered by ‘3B Control’ Co. – consultant by Vihren Georgiev Nikolov, Eng. – Manager, certificate N-CK-459-1,2A,2B,2V,2N, 1999 Ministry of Regional Development and Public Untilities (MRDPU).

Tax fee paid to the amount of BGN 7,777.07 with cash receipt No. 3010166201 dated 30.07.2004.

This BUILDING PERMIT is issued on the demand (claim letter), incoming registration No. AP-94-P-95 dated 09.07.2004.
The BUILDING PERMIT can be appealed in front of the RDNSK (regional department for building supervising and control) manager within a 14-day period term upon announcement as per Art. 149 of the TSA.
