Complex report No 117 / dated 07.07.2004 for the correspondence grade estimation delivered by ‘3B Control’ Co. – consultant by Vihren Georgiev Nikolov, Eng. – Manager, certificate N-CK-459-1,2A,2B,2V,2N, 1999 Ministry of Regional Development and Public Untilities (MRDPU).

Tax fee paid to the amount of BGN 7,777.07 with cash receipt No. 3010166201 dated 30.07.2004.

This BUILDING PERMIT is issued on the demand (claim letter), incoming registration No. AP-94-P-95 dated 09.07.2004.
The BUILDING PERMIT can be appealed in front of the RDNSK (regional department for building supervising and control) manager within a 14-day period term upon announcement as per Art. 149 of the TSA.
