THE CONTRACTOR shall deliver the building and the premises in accordance with the architectural project - 1 st quality of the construction – monolithic construction as per the approved projects of the respective parts with outside connections, water supply system sewerage and electric power lines in the following stage of completion:

1. Kind of construction – monolithic with thermal power station, with heat insulation columns, slabs and outside walls, with guaranteed quality of the materials under BDS.

(A) Apartment:

Installations coordinated with the CONTRACTOR (water supply and sewerage systems are with PVC pipes and the sewerage system is with a collector box) up to 20 days after completion of the inner masonry.

- living-room

Walls – plaster puttying; with acrylic painted finish

 

ceiling – plaster puttying; with acrylic painted finish

 

floor – cement coating with sound insulation and solid timber covering.

- bedrooms

Walls – plaster puttying; with acrylic painted finish

 

ceiling – plaster puttying; with acrylic painted finish

 

floor – cement coating with sound insulation and underlay and carpet.

 

 

- kitchen and dining room

 

Walls – plaster puttying; with acrylic painted finish

(C) Elevator

Installed controlled equipment under BDS with machine-room on the basement floor (hydraulic lift).

 

 

(D) Car Park

- Floor, concrete.

 

- Walls and ceilings, Lime-cast.

 

2. Installations:

Electric power lines – equipped with two-tariff rate measurement devices, water supply and sewerage systems – equipped with water meters for hot and cold water, heating system, phone lines, electric bell and intercom system, antenna network under BDS, installed all outside connections and communication with granted permits for connection.

3. Finished building-site vertical leveling – as per project of the CONTRACTOR – fence, garden lighting, alleys, greenbelt setting. There will be additional monthly costs for maintenance of the courtyard, entrance and guards, as per additional annex to the preliminary agreement.
