Premier Apartments BG will offer property management services in Bulgaria. We will be property managing 50% of the White Flower building for UK clients, the other 50% owned by the local market.

The core market will be local and international professionals looking for one year leases.

Our management rates are very competitive for Bulgaria, 12.5% of the rent received, and because we are managing 50% of the property we will be in a position to aggressively market the property to the executive community in Sofia.  There is a growing market for short term corporate lets.

There is also a market in the winter for skiing lets, as White Flower is located five minutes from the gondola taking passengers to Vitosha ski area in 10 minures. Borovits is only 50 minutes drive and has excellent skiing, with Bansko in the other direction a two hour drive. By offering a choice of skiing within easy reach, and also having the attractions of a capital city White Flower is well situated. All the apartments will be fitted out to high standard and in neutral colours. The available furniture packs are of high quality and offer a great finish to the apartments, making it easier to let.
