The retail areas are located on the lower first floor and the ground floor. At this stage there is a restaurant proposed for the centre of the retail area over these floors and three of the shops have been confirmed, a florist and two fashion stores. The developer is in negotiations with two health chain companies, to decide which will have the contract for the fitness centre. Once this has been decided we can give more specific information as to any resident discounts and type of facilities being provided. It is expected that the fitness centre will contain a gym area and health spa, including massage and beauty therapy.
