The administration of the whole complex including retail areas, common areas, parking and all green areas will be carried out by a property maintenance company. The contract is under negotiation at the moment and will contain the following services.

Administration.

• Maintenance and technical support of all systems and infrastructure within the complex.
• Landscaping and maintenance of all green areas and walkways.
• 24 hour, high level security. Guard patrol and cctv.
• Daily cleaning of all common areas inside and outside the building.

For these services it is expected to cost between 3-4 euros per square meter per annum.

For an average 2 bedroom apartment of 100M/2, it is expected that there will be a cost of between 300 to 400 euros per annum.
